This is a very rare martial arts book on Shakuriki.
It would be an unfamiliar term for you.It is composed of Kami,Yaku,Rethree components and has an unique system.It had a great effect on Masutastu Oyama,the founder of Kyokushi Karate.At the age of nine, he started studying the Southern Chinese form of Kempo called Eighteen Techniques (Shaku-riki system) his teacher was Mr. Yi who cmwas at the time working on his sister's farm.
So Masutatsu Oyama recommends this book.
In the foreword of this book,Masutatsu Oyama says,"I come across Shakuriki at the age of nine and so I strated to learn Karate."
It would be a great book if you are interested not only in Shakuriki but also in Karate.
