This is an extremely rare Aikido book supervised by Gozo Shiota and Aikido Yoshinkan.In my opinion,it is a non-commercial publication and is only for members of the club.
The preface to this book says,"This book is for ordinary people who are going to learn Aikido and explains how to practice Aikido.Basic techniques beginners have to learn are selected carefully from among a variety of waza and they are explained in detail."
Fortunately,this book has a lot of photos throughout mainly because it is for beginners.
If you are intersted in Aikido,it is a great ref material for you.
