Fantastic book by mysterious photographer Aramassa, a photo essay on a group of prostitues in rural Brazil.
The images are simply great, direct yet charismatic, and unusual for the amount of joy exhibited (including a series showing the wedding of one prostitute to an elderly man).
Finely printed with 63 full-page black and white photos, printed every other page.
An obscure gem of a book - my highest recommendation.
